Whip Up Dinner in 20 Minutes: Irresistible Stovetop Skillet Chicken Bites for Busy Nights
Fast, Flavorful Stovetop Meal, Ready in a Flash!
If you’ve been following along with me here on Superfast Meal Mastery, then you know that this course is about me compiling the fastest, easiest recipes I can find for you.
It’s all about the Need for Speed on those days when you need a time break the most.
All these recipes and cooking concepts have been developed over years from the standpoint of just a working guy (yours truly) who needed to get a meal on the table in a fast, convenient and efficient way.
And without a lot of cleanup after.
I am not a chef and don't have any professional food or culinary training. I am completely self-taught in the kitchen.
But if you think about it, that works in my favor here.
And it works in your favor too.
Why?
You see, I’m never going to get you bogged down in a bunch of pretentious receipes with exorbitant ingredients that cost a fortune and takes 21 steps and half a day to make.
That’s for food stars like Bobby Flay and Gordan Ramsey and their fancy restaurants in New York City. That’s not me, not who I am.
I’m coming from a simpler, more down to earth perspective.
I don't know about you, but when I'm coming home exhausted and hungry after a long day at work, I don't want a complex gourmet dinner that’s difficult to make.
I want something that is hearty and delicious, but more importantly, that's quick and easy to get on the table and with minimal cleanup.
Does that make sense?
But don't get me wrong.
I’m not ever going to skimp on taste and flavor.
Everything I share here has to be delicious.
I promise you that.
It has to be delicious because the ingredients are only fresh, unprocessed produce and proteins, cooked simply and seasoned correctly.
But not long ago, though, someone left a negative comment about my recipes and alluded to the fact that I’m self-taught and that was somehow a bad thing and because of it my recipes were not so good.
I have to be honest and tell you that I really struggled for a while after that comment. It made me question whether what I was doing was worth it.
But after some serious self-dialoge and self-reflection, I finally got myself together again.
I wrote a whole article that became cathartic for me about that comment. You can read it here:

Okay, let's get back on track for today's recipe.
Did you know that stovetop skillet meals are the he fastest way to whip up something tasty?
I swear by them!
Back when I was juggling long work hours, I had to figure out quick recipes that didn’t feel like a chore.
What I discovered was that these that stovetop skillet meals were not only super fast and convenient but also downright delicious.
Even now, when I’m in a time pinch, I still turn to them—they’re like an old friend who always comes through!
The concept of a a one skillet meal is simple.
Combine your protein, vegetables and/or starch in one skillet for a seamless and effortless cooking experience.
All ingredients come together in one skillet and are cooked and ready to eat in about 20 minutes.
This concept works for fish, chicken, beef, you name, even vegan.
Genius?
You bet.
I cover this concept completely in SuperFast Meal Mastey (SFMM) Lesson 11.
You can get all the details by reading the article below:
