25-Minute Skillet Breakfast Bowl for Hectic Mornings
A Complete Eggs, Sausage & Veggies Breakfast that is the Easiest You'll Ever Make
Did you know that stovetop skillet meals are the fastest way to whip up something tasty?
I swear by them!
Back when I was juggling long work hours, I had to figure out quick recipes that didn’t feel like a chore.
What I discovered was that these stovetop skillet meals were not only super fast and convenient but also downright delicious.
Even now, when I’m in a time pinch, I still turn to them—they’re like an old friend who always comes through!
The concept of a one-skillet meal is simple.
Combine your protein, vegetables and/or starch in one skillet for a seamless and effortless cooking experience.
All ingredients come together in one skillet and are cooked and ready to eat in about 20 minutes.
Now, let me ask you some simple but very important questions:
What will you do with the extra time you will save in the kitchen?
Spend more quality time with your family?
Read a book?
Just put your feet up and enjoy doing nothing for a while? (This one is my favorite hehe!! 👍😋)
This concept works for fish, chicken, beef, you name, even vegan.
And it also works beautifully for breakfast, which is today's focus.
Genius?
You bet.
I cover this concept completely in SuperFast Meal Mastey (SFMM) Lesson 11.

Okay, on with today's recipe.
Here’s a quick and hearty one-skillet breakfast bowl recipe that is my favorite. I usually make this delicious bowl recipe at least a couple of mornings a week.
It's hearty and nutritious and has all my veggie favorites.
It’s designed to feed two adults and is ready in about 25 minutes.
You can use a cast iron skillet or a non-stick skillet for this breakfast bowl.
The non-stick skillet is the one I use because the eggs won't stick and I like the easy cleanup.
The key to a great one-skillet meal is mastering the timing and sequence of adding ingredients.
