(SFMM) Lesson 15: NEW and Revised SuperFast Meal Mastery Plan Revealed
Welcome to Superfast Meal Mastery (SFMM) Lesson 15.
Last week I announced and introduced a whole new meal plan for this course.
Drumroll please!
This new meal plan is mainly for breakfasts, brunches and snacks.
I’m calling this one The Make Ahead, Grab-and-Go Plan.
The concept is simple: you make most of these meals ahead of time and grab-and-go with them straight out of your fridge.
You can keep most of these in the fridge for up to 3 days.
And none of these recipes requires cooking or more than 15 minutes to make.
What could be easier than that?
No more scrambling to get out the door on hectic mornings.

Summer is here and the weather is warming up!
So, let's take a look at the NEW and revised course plan.
There are now 4 menu plans in this SuperFast Meal Mastery course designed specifically to save you time in the kitchen:
The Make Ahead, Grab-and-Go Plan
Each of these plans are fast, delivering a complete and delicious meal in one dish in about 20 to 25 minutes.
But each has its own unique advantages and flavor profiles.
The Microwave Plan is the most convenient, easiest plan of the three. With this plan you have very little food prep. This is my goto choice when I'm traveling and only have a microwave in the hotel room. It's also the best choice when you are in a time pinch, need a break, or just don't feel like cooking or cleaning up a big mess.
The Stovetop Skillet Plan delivers the most flavor due to being able to caramelize vegetables and proteins in the skillet. Top chefs always tout caramelization as a flavor builder in their recipes. But it’s still very fast and convenient.
The Instant Pot Plan delivers huge flavor and fast cooking times. Pressure cookers are innately flavor builders and are used by top chefs in leading restaurants just for that purpose.
The Make Ahead, Grab-and-Go Plan. This is the new one. The concept is simple: you make most of these meals ahead of time and grab-and-go with them straight out of your fridge.
Again, in case you are new here and missed it, we have been covering the Instant Pot Plan and the Stovetop Skillet Plan the last few weeks and I’ve shared lots of timesaving strategies and recipes for those plans.
We learned just recently that The Instant Pot Plan is very simple and straightforward.
All ingredients come together in one easy step and finish usually in about 20 to 25 minutes for most of my recipes.
You dump all the ingredients into the Instant Pot, put on the lid and press the start button. No defrosting necessary.
Basically, you set it and forget it.
And that’s how the Instant Pot is better than your plain, old-fashioned pressure cooker.
The old-fashioned pressure cooker needs a bit of baby sitting to get everything cooked right.
You have to watch the clock and keep time, and then you have to manually let out the pressure. There's a lot of things you have to know how to do correctly. You certainly can't just walk away.
But the Instant Pot is different. All these features are built in and automatic. You just push a button, walk away and relax.
The Instant Pot does all the work for you.
No baby sitting required.
If you think about it, the Instant Pot Plan is the easiest and most convenient of all.
